This piano was made is 1982 so that’s about how much dust you can collect in a domestic situation over a few decades.

 

Piano repair

 

An old piano with a newly restored piano action.  This piano tuned up fantastically and now plays and sounds great.

 

Soundboard repair

We managed to save this piano with a chronically cracked soundboard.  This piano was so badly cracked that it made playing the instrument a nonstarter for the owner.  Unfortunately the piano had great sentimental value which made this repair even more essential.  Happily we can report that in just a couple of hours we successfully restored the instrument to its former glory.  One VERY happy customer indeed. 

 

Petrof piano

Tuned this Petrof piano today which is made in Czech Republic. Piano was a good height and therefore had a good tone. Tuned up a treat after a pitch raise. Unfortunately, it needs re-centering which is not good considering how much these pianos cost to buy new and how quickly this action has failed!
